Oil Well Branch Speck

Meet Speck. We named him Speck because he looked like a little white speck in the pasture. Only 15” at birth, Speck is a UCDavis confirmed chondro positive Highpark.  His sire, the famed Obsidian from A Peculiar Farm is a chondro positive white Highpark measuring 37” at 8 yrs old. His dam, Joslin, is our small-framed Highland cow measuring 41” at 5 yrs old. Speck is approximately 93.75% Highland. With the size of his parents, the size of his grandparents, and birth height, we expect him to stay in the micro range. He was born full term, unassisted, on 8/24/26 at 6:45 pm and quickly latched. He’s a hardy little fella taking the summer heatwave in stride and thriving. Below are pics of Speck, his sire and dam. He is registered with IMCBR.
